Oscar International College invites young filmmakers to showcase their talent! Tell your story and stand a chance to win amazing prizes including scholarships
Prizes: 1st: NPR 1,00,000 + 50% Scholarship
2nd: NPR 50,000 + 50% Scholarship
3rd: NPR 25,000 + 50% Scholarship
Special Mention: 50% Scholarship

Rules and regulations:
1. The major creative heads of the short film, including the writer, director, cinematographer, and editor, should be under 20 years of age at the date of submission.
2. The length of the film should be between 8 minutes and 15 minutes.
3. While the film can explore any subject matter and genre, special emphasis will be placed on socially relevant and realistic themes, making them a priority for consideration.
4. Film school projects are not eligible for the competition.
5. This is a national competition, so only filmmakers from Nepal are allowed to apply.
6. Applicants must submit the front and back photo of their citizenship.
